HRDF

To assist employer to retrain and upgrade their employees in line with their operational and business requirements.

In-house (On premise, hotel or external training place) :

    Minimum is 2 paxs
    Maximum is 35 paxs to 40 paxs

Public (Local / Overseas) :

    Minimum is 1 pax
    Maximum is 9 paxs

Meal allowance
Consumable training materials
Hotel rental package or training rental place
Airfare ticket or transportation

Utechtium Sdn. Bhd. provides you with the HRDF claimable training guidelines for you to refer and benefits something from it. Training programs can be conducted either on-the-job, off-the-job or a combination of both to suit the requirements of the organisations. HRDF Training program can be conducted by internal trainers, external trainers or overseas trainers should expertise in a specific area is not available locally. To qualify for training grants, training programs must be structured and have the following :

    Specific training objectives.
    Specific training activities or lesson plans.
    Guided instructions by qualified instructors / trainers.
    Assessment to determine the level of attainment of the training objectives.

Fill up form PSMB/PGL/1/14 or through Employer Information System (EIS). Attach the following supporting document :

    Quotation on course fee.
    Trainer's biodata.
    Course contents.
    Other related documents, where applicable.

Submit the duly completed form to PSMB before the commencement of training. (Application form must reach PSMB at least one (1) day before training commences). Approval, query or rejection will be given by PSMB within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the application.

Fill up form PSMB/T/1/09 and attach the following supporting documents :

    Receipts.
    Payment vouchers.
    Other related documents, where applicable.

Submit the duly completed claim form to PSMB upon the completion of training for reimbursement.
Note : Copies of the documents must be certified according to PSMB's format.
