Frequently Asked Questions

If I meet the admission criteria, will I be automatically admitted to the program?

No applicant will be automatically admitted to the program. All applications will be reviewed by our staff to make certain those admitted have the ability to succeed in the program. And this only apply to our course that is fully sponsored by HRDF.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept any type of payment (Online transfer, cheque, LO, MO, ePerolehan). At this moment we couldn't process payment by credit / debit cards but we would do so in the near future. Feel free to contact us if you would like to pay with other type of payment

How do I check the status of my application?

For programs fully sponsored by HRDF, we will inform you during interview.
For other programs, you will be automatically admitted after we received the confirmation of your payment and registration.

Can I offer courses on Utechtium?

We regularly partners with many people from all around the country - from industry experts, to certified and experienced trainers. Where there is a strong mission alignment with Utechtium and/or the ability to commit both financial and content contributions, we are eager to hear from you on where it is today and where it is hoping to go with online learning and/or in-house training.

How many program I'm allowed to take at a time?

Our learning is throughout the day. We suggest you to take only one course at a time to avoid clashes between courses.

Will I have any instructor interaction?

Yes, whether it is online class or in-person course. For online class, we use CIsco Webex which allows 2-way communication.
